Recently I have been taking daily morning walks and journaling to help me deal with stress, and it has helped a ton! My routine is a 30 - 40 min walk around the park and a 15-minute journaling session in the morning and sometimes at night. This routine has been helping me with setting my goals and starting/processing my day. If you are looking for a new way to start the day, give it try and let me know what you think!
