I hope you had a lovely weekend! Last week, we sent our July update to our customers - something I was stressed about last week.

One thing I realize I need to get at better at is relaxing. Currently, two things help me: incense and, strangely, meal prepping. I won’t say too much about incense (if you are bored, here is an excellent research article about the inner workings of our olfactory system). However, my enthusiasm for bulk cooking and putting things into stackable, nicely organized, portioned boxes took me by surprise. I also discovered a fantastic community on Reddit that shares this passion.
